Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the veterinary medical team
- Oversee medical operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures
- Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of veterinary staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and client service
- Stay informed about advancements in veterinary medicine and incorporate best practices into our operations
- Act as a liaison between the medical team and senior management -

Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in the jurisdiction
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a veterinary setting
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and prioritize patient care
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and veterinary practice management software
