Ecommerce Manager

Basic Function: The eCommerce Manager is responsible for bringing the right people together to identify areas of improvement and implement impactful solutions. This position will serve as a central hub and main point of contact for all eCommerce related projects and tasks with the initiative of championing long-term eCommerce growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers and sales teams as the first point of contact for all e-commerce related questions
• Utilizing Marketing, Product Management, and other departments for assistance as necessary.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with both internal and external eCommerce stakeholders, including leading meetings with system providers and integrators to progress website feature updates and improvements.
• Define and continually improve WireMasters processes and abilities as they relate to eCommerce.
• Help customers and train team members on all website-related sales activities and responsibilities.
• Drive ongoing website improvements, including but not limited to evaluating new eCommerce platforms.
• Work with Marketing and other teams to implement a new eCommerce mobile app.
• Collaborate with Marketing to benchmark SEO metrics and assist in implementing SEO strategies and tactics.
• Coordinate with customer service to assist with web account creation efforts.
• Review and assign all guest website quotes and orders (including shipping and payment methods).
• Work with Marketing and Product Management to drive revenue to and through the website.
• Drive and manage overall website improvements and ideas alongside other stakeholders and leadership.
• Be the expert and main point-of-contact for sales-related eCommerce analytics.
• Brainstorm email journeys and abandoned cart campaigns with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management.
• Outline a plan for long-term eCommerce shipping solutions.
• Co-lead chatbot tool evaluation, implementation, utilization, and improvements.
• Work closely with Germany and other international stakeholders to insure the site functions for global users.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5+ years of sales, purchasing, marketing, or eCommerce experience required.
• Experience with HTML, content management systems, Salesforce, and/or Pardot preferred.
• Basic understanding of web analytics, UX design, and the sales funnel.
• Experience in initiation and leadership of large-scale projects and teams.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Enhanced Computer Literacy.
• HTML and CMS familiarity.
• Work well with stakeholders with world-class professionalism.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
