Positions are for Electronics Packaging Engineer who will be responsible for electronics packaging development including mechanical design, stress and thermal analysis, and electronics and mechanical CAD (drawing development and release) as well as testing in Lab and in production .


You will need to have experience with ~

*Full product life cycle for mechanical aspects of electronics design, including circuit card/printed circuit board design considerations.

*Desired design experience and background involving radio frequency (RF), electronic steerable arrays (ESAs), and/or antenna elements.
