The ideal candidate should posses a solid understanding of our sales and service process. As a result be able to prospect potential customers while maintaining and growing existing clientele relationships. Must be safety focused, motivated, organized and lead by example.
Responsibilities
- Direct all sales and technical efforts within the area to meet customer requirements
- Communicate with management and blast crews to ensure the best practice in designing blasts with the correct, safe, and the most effective use of explosives
- Develop and manage sales goals, reviewing progress regularly
- Respond professionally and timely to address customers request
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by assuring safety and regulatory compliance (MSHA, OSHA, ATF, DOT, etc.)

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, 3-5 years in related field or equivalent industry experience
- Work experience may offset some of the education requirements
- General knowledge and understanding explosives technology and basic geology
- Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills. Strong understanding of full sales process
- Must be able to pass an ATF background check as required to be a possessor of explosives
- Location preferable to Iowa, Minnesota or Wisconsin though not limited to.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.
