CSG is seeking a Financial/ Operations Analyst to join our corporate staff.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain MS Project schedules of resources, deliverables, and tasks for assigned projects
  • Facilitate weekly project review meetings with CSG project managers for assigned projects
  • Document weekly project updates, impacts, risks, and opportunities and escalate as needed
  • Reconcile CSG project schedules weekly with CSG Workforce and Recruiting updates
  • Update, prepare, and present quarterly project financial and staffing information
  • Create, maintain, and distribute ad hoc project reporting via MS Excel and Power BI
  • Possess strong organizational skills to track information, workflows, and deadlines
  • Navigate conflicting priorities through effective planning and time management
  • Lead meetings by asking targeted questions, discerning relevant information, and documenting appropriate details
  • Review contracts to ensure proper verbiage and compliance
  • Communicate work progress and status proactively with manager and team members
  • Other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager
  • Maintain confidentiality



Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Proficient with all Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, MS Project, Excel, and/or PowerBI
  • Demonstrate strong communication, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and with others under pressure and with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Travel may be required as needed.
