We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth HVAC knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prepare precise estimates for HVAC projects.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze blueprints and documents to prepare detailed estimates.
  • Review project specifications to identify cost-impact items.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare conceptual estimates for budgeting.
  • Lead and coordinate the estimating team.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate project costs.
  • Identify potential conflicts in bid documents.
  • Develop value engineering solutions.


Qualifications


  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years of HVAC estimating experience, particularly in commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and construction methods.
  • Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
