a motivated and highly skilled Mechanical Patent Attorney to join our mechanical group on a full-time basis.

Overview

Qualifications

·        Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering

·        Registration to practice before the USPTO

·        At least 3 years of patent prosecution and/or USPTO experience in mechanical technologies

·        Strong technical writing and analytical skills

·        Understanding of mechanical inventions

·        Knowledge of patent law and USPTO procedure

·        Ability to work well in a team environment

·        Strong communication skills with well-organized and very responsive and positive attitude

Responsibilities

·        Prosecution of patent applications for leading global technology companies

·        Collaboration with clients and other professionals

·        Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in patent law
