Our client is a top firm, seeking corporate lawyers with at least 6 years of experience in a range of corporate areas. The locations are New York, New Jersey, Florida, Delaware, and Maryland. The salary for these positions are within $245K to $450K and may vary depending on a range of factors.


Qualifications


  • 6+ years of corporate experience in M&A, securities and/or finance transactions.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; team focused.
  • State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-interfacing skills.
