LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Legal Analyst for an in-house opportunity. This role is full time and hybrid out of Bristol, CT.


Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with using digital solutions and file organization
  • Manage entities utilizing Diligent Entities
  • Assist with organization of billing system (CounselLinks)
  • Initiate company's digital platform
  • Assist with legal entity management oversight and management of corporate structure
  • Support due diligence efforts, organize and obtain documents from outside counsel (must be comfortable communicating with GC level staff)


Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in a legal role in-house required
  • Bachelor's degree, required; Paralegal certificate preferred
  • CounselLinks and Diligent Entities experience a plus


Benefits

This posting is on the behalf of LHH's client. The company may offer PTO and health benefits. The salary range is $70K-$90K and dependent on experience.
