Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.


As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers to help ensure the successful completion of projects. You will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating project meetings. Additionally, you will assist in resource allocation, budget monitoring, and risk management. This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing project requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking
  • Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders
  • Assist in resource allocation, ensuring adequate staffing for each project phase
  • Monitor project budgets and prepare financial reports for review
  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Support project managers in managing project scope and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders to provide project updates


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with computer-assisted design (CAD) software.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma with 2 years relative experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient reading blueprints
