Job Title: UX Producer

Location: Malvern (Hybrid preferred, Remote optional)

Duration: 6 months with possibility for extension

Start Date: ASAP

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexibility)

Team Size: 10-15 members (7 UX, 5 Project Managers/Developers)

Team Function: Build IVR – Conversational Experience (chat, voice-based)


Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile project management for UX development.
  • Coordinate meetings and collaboration sessions with UX, product, and scrum teams.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks to increase team productivity.
  • Identify and manage workflow impacts, overlaps, and dependencies.
  • Participate in planning sessions, advise on workload, and capacity.
  • Advocate for UX best practices, team norms, and agile standards.
  • Conduct post-project debriefs for continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in UX, project management, and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in AGILE, JIRA, Confluence; familiarity with Figma and Mural is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills with UX, development teams, and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications in AGILE and UX are a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, business administration, or marketing.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience in DesignOps, Design Program and/or Project Management.
