Role Summary & I

mpactThe Senior Director, Investment, plays a crucial role at Empower – you are the bridge between media activation, planning teams, partners, and clients. You thrive in coaching junior employees, can communicate to executive leadership, and ultimately act as a client par


tner.
We are seeking someone with strong media investment foundations with operational excellence, fueled by performance, and who enjoys breaking the norm by pushing for innovation across all aspects of media. Our approach to investment is integrated media with a focus in digital direct partnerships and programmatic. The ideal candidate can take complex scenarios and simplify them into an actionable gameplan, actionable milestones, flawless execution, and ability report on insights. This client-facing role will require a candidate with strong communication and time management s
