New Iron is seeking a Product Manager to optimize pharmacy operations and back-end systems, driving scalability and efficiency for our client in the healthcare technology space.


Responsibilities

  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with product managers to align designs with user needs and business goals.
  • Facilitate user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
  • Support and maintain a cohesive design system across products
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
  • Test and refine products to improve user experiences
  • Provide design insights to support product strategy and innovation
  • Document and communicate design specifications


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product design experience (healthcare or related fields a plus)
  • Solid portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for web and mobile applications
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma
  • Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Familiarity with user research and accessibility standards
  • Knowledge of frontend development principles
  • Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
