Role: SFDC Pardot Admin

Location : Cupertino, CA


Job Summary: The Salesforce Pardot Admin will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Pardot instance to support our marketing automation strategy. This role will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns, lead management, and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage the Salesforce Pardot platform, including user setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Create and manage marketing assets such as email templates, landing pages, forms, and automation rules.

Develop and execute lead nurturing and scoring programs to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up processes.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain data hygiene and integrity within Pardot and Salesforce, including regular data imports, exports, and database cleanup.

Implement and manage integrations between Pardot and other marketing and sales tools.

Provide training and support to marketing and sales team members on Pardot best practices and functionality.

Stay up-to-date with Pardot features, updates, and industry trends to continuously improve our marketing automation efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience administering Salesforce Pardot.

Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification is preferred.

Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices.

Proficient in creating and managing Pardot assets, including email templates, landing pages, and forms.

Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing programs.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integration between Pardot and Salesforce.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
