Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist. The Mental Health Therapist will be part of the child and adolesvent IOP and will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy, conducting treatment planning, and implementing evidence-based interventions. This role requires collaborating with other healthcare professionals, conducting thorough assessments, and providing case management services. The Mental Health Therapist will also have the opportunity to work remotely for some portion of their schedule, bringing flexibility to their work-life balance.
Qualifications
- Experience in treatment planning, social work, and case management
- Strong knowledge of mental health practices and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Experience in family therapy and working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensure or certification in mental health counseling or social work
