Our client is a premier General Contractor that has a built reputation for excellence in construction for over 30 years. Specializing Industrial, Retail, Healthcare and Education projects, they are committed to delivering quality projects across South Carolina. They’re currently looking for a Travelling Superintendent to join their dynamic team in Greenville, South Carolina.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day construction operations on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to meet project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and quality standards, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and project managers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in Industrial & retail construction (can have Healthcare or Education construction).
  • Proven experience working on commercial ground up projects valued from $30 mill and above.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
