Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lab Tech at Paladin Power Inc in Carlsbad, CA, The Lab Tech will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, operating laboratory equipment. The role also involves assisting with research projects and maintaining accurate records of all testing and experiments. Some of the tasks will involve testing new software, testing new inverters after they come from the factory before deployment. This role will be working closely with the software department for debugging, and other related tasks. You should be comfortable working with batteries and battery assemblies, basic assembly skills.


Qualifications

  • Laboratory Equipment and Power equipment
  • Quality Control and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to accurately perform and document laboratory tests
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Degree is preferred but not required.
