Principal Architect

Day-to-Day:

An Architecture Firm is looking for a Principal Architect to join their team in Marietta, GA. This individual will be overseeing the design and build of multi-family projects, medical facilities like VA clinics/hospitals, and other various government facilities. Duties will include:

• Creating designs using architectural software
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to develop comprehensive design solutions that meet the specific needs of healthcare environments and multi-family structures.
• Ensuring designs are functional
• Providing estimates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 8+ years of experience
• Registered Architect (RA) in GA or AL
• Seasoned Architect that is self sufficient and preferably has experience with government buildings/codes
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp

Nice-to-Have:

• Good understanding of VA facility guidelines and medical facilities in general
