We are looking for self-starting, results-driven Tequila Sales Representatives to promote and sell award-winning Bandero Tequila to liquor stores, bars, and restaurants across Northern California.


About Us:

At The Spirit Distribution Company, we represent premium spirits brands and empower sales professionals with the tools they need to succeed. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive commissions, and residual income on reorders.


What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pitch potential accounts using our CRM system for lead generation.
  • Secure initial sales with on-premise and off-premise licensed locations.
  • Build relationships with key buyers and manage reorders.
  • Track performance and qualify for weekly and monthly bonus incentives.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in the alcohol or spirits industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a love for networking.
  • Proficiency in managing leads through a CRM system (preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with great time-management skills.
  • Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and legal work authorization in the U.S.
