âš¡ Position Summary:

Seeking a Manufacturing Consultant to provide technical support to clients and ensure delivery of technical deliverables. This role will lead technical tasks across the battery process and manufacturing division alongside interfacing with engineers to sell battery cell pack products to clients in Europe.

âš¡ Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with CFO and Head of Quality experience.
  • Report to CEO.
  • Produce battery pack cells with factory experience around process yield improvements.
  • Build a senior customer-facing relationship and maintain relations.
  • Interface with the engineering team.

âš¡ Required Qualifications:

  • MBA Engineering degree.
  • 5-8+ years manufacturing/process engineering experience.
  • Experience in a senior client-facing role.
  • Experience in process improvement in battery manufacturing which have led to yield improvements.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Be on-site (75%) and travel to customers in Europe (25%).
