Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medicare Sales Agent at Horner Investment Group located in Elkhart, IN. The Medicare Sales Agent will be responsible for selling Medicare insurance plans to eligible individuals, providing guidance on plan options, assisting with enrollment, and conducting educational presentations to prospective clients. The Medicare Sales Agent will also build and maintain relationships with clients, stay updated on industry regulations and product knowledge, and meet sales targets. Salary + Commissions (Salary based on experience)


Qualifications

  • Active Insurance License for Health and Life in the state of Indiana (or be able to get licensed by September 1)
  • Prior experience in sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Proficient in using technology and software applications for sales and customer relationship management
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing industry regulations and product offerings
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Knowledge of Medicare insurance plans and regulations is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
