Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker for data visualization, enabling data-driven decision-making across departments such as healthcare, marketing, and human resources.
  • Administer Salesforce CRM integrations and data management, ensuring accurate reporting and dashboards.
  • Perform advanced SQL/T-SQL coding, developing stored procedures, functions, and complex queries to support business intelligence, revenue cycle operations, and workforce analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, define data strategies, and deliver impactful insights that optimize business operations.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes, data models, and data warehouse solutions, leveraging technologies like Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes using SQL, Excel, and other tools to support non-technical users in creating meaningful data insights.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data analysis and reporting tools, providing training and mentorship to internal teams on BI platforms.
  • Lead and manage projects to consolidate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Snowflake and other third-party systems.
  • Maintain expertise in evolving data management technologies, such as Azure Databricks and AWS, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced expertise in SQL/T-SQL and SQL Server.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate).
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Azure.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling concepts for data marts, data lakes, and data warehouses.
  • Experience in healthcare analytics and working knowledge of Epic Clarity/Caboodle (preferred).
  • Python programming experience for machine learning applications (preferred).
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Epic Clarity/Caboodle certification or familiarity with Epic TogetherCare.
  • Azure Databricks and Python proficiency.
  • Familiarity with external data sharing and vendor data exchanges.
  • Experience in Actuarial Science or healthcare-focused analytics, with a focus on financial modeling and population health.


Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and data management preferred.
