Successful candidates will have a proven track record in cold-calling B2B accounts, experience with social media and a strong ability to build relationships with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers using online tools and provided lead lists. Our audience is primarily owner-operators in the construction industry.
  • Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers, cold-calling nationwide.
  • Outbound Emails: Send a high volume of personalized emails to prospective customers nationwide.
  • Social Media: Engage our audiences on social media channels.
  • CRM: Utilize our CRM platform for prospecting and interacting with customers. Maintain information for leads, prospects and opportunities. 
  • Product Lines: Present our company’s benefits and the advantages of our end-dump trailer product lines.
  • Place Orders: Help new customers determine the correct specifications for their trailer order and close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish rapport with potential clients and develop long-term relationships.
  • Sales Support: Provide sales support to the broader sales and marketing team as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in cold-calling and closing B2B accounts.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Hubspot experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills a plus.
