Talent Acquisition Coordinator

They are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Coordinator who can fully align with their vision and flawlessly assist in the recruiting process from candidate interviewing through pre-employment.


The Role

The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Team is looking for a Coordinator who shares the client’s vision and interest in providing an exemplary customer service experience to their North American based candidates. Applicants who have a customer service focus, a passion for providing superb candidate care and always looking for new ways to improve or automate processes will be key to your success. Partnering with our Recruiters to deliver a candidate centric hiring experience requires expert judgment and attention to detail.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide outstanding candidate care. Ensure timely and accurate feedback to all inquiries for our Candidates, Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HR Partners.
  • Monitoring background checks and drug screens during the pre-employment stage, providing status updates and escalations where needed to ensure timely start dates.
  • Manage and maintain candidate trackers in alignment with the Applicant Tracking System and candidate pre-employment results.
  • Communicate to recruiting team any challenges throughout the recruiting, interviewing, and pre-employment process.


Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Minimum 3 years supporting recruiting activities (including interview scheduling and monitoring background checks with adjudication).
  • Attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agility to quickly learn new processes and recruiting technologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong administrative skills.


What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working in Workday as an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience supporting high volume recruitment.
  • Comfortable working in Excel using formulas and filtering.


Top skills:

  • Ability to learn quickly, especially new technologies (Workday, HireRight, Paradox).
  • Comfortable manipulating Excel spreadsheets (as this is the format of our candidate trackers).
  • Team player who can handle a high volume of candidates.


Personality:

  • Communicative with stakeholders (Recruiters, Team Leads, HR, Candidates).
  • Energetic and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work both remotely and in person.
  • Can-do attitude.


Location: Warren, MI (some local travel) | Hybrid (TWTh Onsite)

Duration: 12+ month W2 contract
