Job Title: Sr Desktop Support Analyst - SupervisorLocation: On site, 5 days a week, there is no flexibility around this Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 - depends on experience and leadershipDuration: 6-month contract to hire, this will convert when the 6 months hits - if not sooner. Must Haves: Experience supporting windows workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software related issuesExperience in a leadership position – mentoring and developing talent through direct supervision of employees - manager or supervisor over a teamExperience providing direct technical support to customers (internal or external, remote or in-person)Plusses: Experience as a Product OwnerExperience utilizing ServiceNow for incident and request trackingUnderstanding and management of KPIsExperience in industrial environmentDay to day: Insight Global is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to join a client of ours in the Wichita, KS area. This person will have the opportunity to support customers in the industrial/manufacturing industry with supervising and contributing to the delivery of reliable IT projects and services in relation to endpoints, conference rooms, data centers, and end-user/deskside support. This is a player/coach type role and is a contract to hire.
