Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Supervisor at our St. Louis, MO location. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring the smooth execution of shipping and receiving tasks, inventory management, and material handling. Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, coordinating workflows, monitoring equipment usage such as forklifts, and maintaining optimal safety and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to uphold operational standards and meet productivity goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Supervisory Skills, including team coordination, staff development, and performance managementExperience in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling practices and proceduresKnowledge of Inventory Control methods and processesSkilled in Forklift Operation, with certification preferredStrong communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentFamiliarity with warehouse safety regulations and proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus
