About Us: We are a Retail Pharmacy licensed in all 50 states, dedicated to providing top-notch pharmaceutical services. Specializing in diabetic supplies and maintenance medication, we are accredited by URAC, BOC, and Medicare. With a commitment to excellence, we are currently seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to join our team as our current PIC transitions into retirement.

 

Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist with at least 3 years of experience and a clean disciplinary record to cover part-time shifts, specifically every Monday and Friday. Our ideal candidate will not only fulfill this immediate need but also demonstrate interest in assuming the role of PIC. The PIC will oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations across all states, particularly the 16 states where individual licensure is required.

 

Responsibilities:

Oversee dispensing of medications, maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Supervise pharmacy staff and maintain a positive work environment.

Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures for optimal pharmacy performance.

Facilitate the transition process as the incoming PIC, ensuring a smooth handover from the current PIC.

 

Requirements:

Licensed Pharmacist with at least 3 years of experience.

Clean disciplinary record with no history of disciplinary action.

Ability to obtain licensure in the 16 states requiring individual pharmacist licensure within 3-4 months.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Willingness to work Mondays and Fridays initially with the potential for full-time PIC role.

Ability to work within a 90-120 day transition period.
