Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Timonium, MD for a Foreclosure Specialist at LTX Companies. The Foreclosure Specialist will be responsible for managing the foreclosure process, including reviewing and analyzing foreclosure cases, preparing legal documents, communicating with borrowers and attorneys, and coordinating with Clients.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in foreclosure or real estate law
  • Strong knowledge of foreclosure laws and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Software experience - CaseAware, Black Knight, Tempo
  • Must have experience in the Default Industry 3-4 years
