This position will support the client's application process for all internal insurance financial services. They key skillsets needed are demonstrated ability to work in a call-center envrionment and excellent communication skills with both colleagues and customers. Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-service position
  • Prior work experience in a call-center envrionment (highly preferred)
  • GED or High School Diploma at minimum
