Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Team Member at Weddings Unlimited USA in Houston, TX. The Planning Team is the bridge between the clients and the staff executing the events. This includes excellent customer service through email/text communication as well as necessary phone calls with clients (primarily brides/grooms), and the organization of files and accounts ensuring the success of each event. The Planning Team Member will work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that each client receives satisfactory customer service, communication, and that each event's prepped details are set up properly for execution in all serviced metros.

This role is a full-time on-site role, 9am-5pm in Houston 77040, with opportunities to earn additional income through sales commissions.
