Multimedia Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:

Are you a marketing enthusiast with a flair for storytelling? Do you love bringing ideas to life with creative content that grabs attention and turns heads? If you are passionate about marketing and also want to make your mark in the world of construction, we have the perfect job for you As our Multimedia Marketing Coordinator, you will be collaborating with our team to help build our brand’s narrative, producing visual solutions with a mix of creative skills and plain old raw talent.

What You will Do:

· Build the Brand: Work your magic to craft a compelling brand voice that highlights our unique vibe—where creativity, craftsmanship, and client dreams collide. Get hands on experience immersed in exciting construction projects that change lives and shape communities.

· Content Creation Guru: Show off our projects by helping to produce eye-catching content—videos, blogs, social media posts, you name it This will include (but not be limited to): jobsite photography & video editing projects, website updates, and marketing collateral creation.

· Campaign Wizardry: Help to create campaigns that spark interest and keep potential clients knocking at our door. Everything from digital ads to community events.

· Social Media Maverick: Own our social channels From Instagram & TikTok reels to Facebook posts, make sure our followers are as excited about our projects as we are.

· Collaborate with the Crew: Work closely with our internal teams to make sure every campaign highlights our unique work and team culture, while collaborating with an enthusiastic, skilled marketing team who genuinely loves what they do You will have the freedom to think outside the box We love fresh ideas and are always open to innovative approaches.

· Assist in developing compelling graphic presentations, engaging proposal documents and various marketing collateral pieces, including Qualification Packages, RFP Responses, Interview Presentations and Project Brochures.

· Help to ensure that writing (proposals and marketing packages) imagery, and information flow into well-organized and persuasive materials.

· Assist in developing project specific stories and content for PR platforms.

· Provide writing support for awards submittal entries and public relations efforts.

· Assist with social media and website content (Wix).

· Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

· Possess initiative and the ability to deal with last-minute changes or critical issues while under a tight deadline.

· Reliable, passionate, enthusiastic and willing to learn.

· Enjoy working in a small team environment and can just as easily work independently with limited direction.

Required Expertise:

· 2-4 years of job-related experience preferred.

· College degree in like-type experience preferred but not required.

· Candidates MUST be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

· Video editing skills in Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects a plus

· Website design/maintenance (WIX)

· A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in coordination and preparation of marketing materials for a professional service company (experience in AEC industry is a plus).

· Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.

· The ability to read and understand Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and qualifications to organize and develop a relevant, thoughtful response.

· The ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

· Must be well-organized, with the ability to work independently at times and collaboratively with others.

· A can-do attitude and creative enthusiasm.

· Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with an eye for graphic style and quality required.

· Experience with Wix website design a plus.
