Mamma's Hands is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit located in the Snoqualmie Valley area. Since its founding in 1990, the HOUSE OF HOPE has offered a safe, family-centered “home” to mothers with children, who are committed to overcoming crisis and forging a life of self-reliance. Approximately 80% of these mothers have experienced terrible family violence. Our mission is to offer them a structured environment, resources, and support services that enable them to find stability, build self-esteem and confidence, safely care for their children, and find the motivation and strength to set personal goals and action plans.


Role Description

This is a PART time on-site role as a Case Manager at Mamma's Hands in Snoqualmie, WA. The Case Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and services to individuals and families facing homelessness, domestic violence, sex trafficking, and addiction. This includes conducting assessments, developing personalized case plans, offering counseling and advocacy, connecting clients with community resources, and monitoring progress toward self-sustainability. The Case Manager will work closely with clients to navigate housing and support systems and provide ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.


Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in case management or social work
  • Knowledge of housing and homelessness services
  • Ability to assess client needs and develop individualized plans
  • Proficiency in documenting client progress and maintaining records
  • Familiarity with community resources and referral networks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals and families in crisis
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
