Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will work with children to assess and improve sensory integration, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, ability to regulate their nervous system, and overall functioning related to daily activities. The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will also collaborate with families and other professionals to develop treatment plans and monitor progress.


Qualifications

  • Strong background in Occupational Therapy, Pediatrics, and Early Intervention
  • Experience in working with children with a variety of diagnoses
  • Knowledge of and experience with Sensory Integration therapy
  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Experience collaborating with families and other professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field


Relevant certifications, continuing education, and experience in related fields, such as Speech Therapy or Physical Therapy, are also beneficial for the role.
