Recruiter Job Description

This position is 100% onsite at headquarters office in Birmingham, Al.

Job Summary


Satellites Unlimited LLC. (SUI) is looking for a dynamic In-house Recruiter to join our team In this role, you will ensure that recruiting programs are aligned to business priorities to hire world-class talent and build robust talent pipelines. You will develop strong relationships both internally and externally to drive the talent sourcing strategy and act as a recruiter for the business with talent selection best practices.


Job Responsibilities

  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employee referrals
  • Develop and implement recruiting, sourcing strategies, and processes to support the hiring and business needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle; from the requisition, to sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and a portion of onboarding.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of company management, to ensure adequate staffing needs.
  • Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the quality of the candidates
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to determine fit for specific job roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing to job offer negotiation and placement.
  • Attend targeted recruiting meetings to determine best places to post jobs
  • Maintain good working relationship with staff keeping them informed and ensuring transparency of scheduling decisions made

Requirements

· High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

· Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

· Microsoft and Google Suite experience preferred

Skills and Qualifications

· Customer service skills required

· Effective communication skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Willing to work in a team environment

· Organizational skills and attention to detail a must

· Time management skill required
