LOCATION: Plainsboro NJ , Mon-Thurs: ONSITE, Friday: remote
SCHEDULE: 8 to 4pm, or 9 to 5pm (to be determined with manager)

Membership Analyst
Purpose - Supports the execution of all Institutional non-retail contracts, specifically in the areas of membership and eligibility.
Responsibilities
• Investigates eligibility of entities to receive GPO/340B PHS contract prices.
• Maintains membership lists for commercial & government GPO's.
• Monitors & ensures entities are linked to appropriate contracts.
• Reviews daily multiple linkage report to ensure single GPO linkage to prevent unauthorized GPO linkage.
• Reviews direct and indirect customer COT to assign proper COT consistent with GP methodology.
• Support/coordinate investigation and clearing of Chargeback errors.
• Ensures accurate and timely contract data is entered into contract systems consistent with agreement terms, corporate controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
• Investigate and resolve entity eligibility through research of various databases.
• Interacts daily with trading partners and GPO’s. Internal relationships include Chargebacks, Customer Master Data, IT, and Customer Service Departments. External relationships include U.S. and Puerto Rico wholesalers; contract customers, including Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), federal, and others.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Familiar with enterprise-wide integrated application systems such as SAP, Model N, and others.
Must have Excel proficiency.
Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible related experience required.
Possesses strong communications, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Capable of identifying issues and problems and directing the formulation of and the implementation of effective solutions.
