Job Description:


We are looking for a results-oriented Service Logistics ERP specialist to assist with the successful integrate of a new ERP software. You will be collaborating with team members, managers, and senior managers within the Global Service Logistics organization to determine specifically within the 3PL RMA and Inventory Management function which business processes need optimization and performance enhancements within the existing IT systems as we evolve to a new ERP. Ensuring the deployment and implementation of the new ERP solution is a critical success factor for this role.


The successful candidate will have…


  • Experience working with Service Logistics and/or Customer Service – experience with RMA part replacement and inventory planning systems is preferred
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to support ERP implantation planning, where relationship development is key.
  • Knowledge of Distribution Requirements / Service Part Planning applications such as Baxter Planning
  • Knowledge of ERP development tools and business processes a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and day to day activities in a fast-paced environment
  • A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • At least 2 years' experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a Logistics/Inventory Management environment.
  • Experience of SAP CRM, Baxter Planning and Oracle ERP is desirable.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel


Required Skills: 3PL, RMA, Reverse Logistics, ERP.
