Principal Deep Learning Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Deep Learning Engineer to join our talented team. As a Principal Deep Learning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing advanced deep learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems across various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions that push the boundaries of innovation.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the research, development, and implementation of cutting-edge deep learning algorithms and models.
  • Design and optimize neural network architectures for various applications, including computer vision, natural language processing, and recommendation systems.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct thorough experimentation and analysis to evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in deep learning research and integrate them into our technology stack.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team.
  • Contribute to the company's intellectual property through patent filings and publications.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in deep learning research and development, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI solutions.
  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
  • Strong understanding of computer vision, natural language processing, and/or reinforcement learning.
  • Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
