Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining a scalable platform that connects advertisers with consumer lending products. You will work with AWS, React, MongoDB, open-source form builder technologies, and various APIs to build robust, user-friendly interfaces and backend systems. Your expertise in data modeling and algorithms will be critical in creating efficient data structures and visualizing them on software dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance a platform that integrates with consumer soft credit pull systems.
  • Utilize AWS services to architect and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
  • Build dynamic user interfaces and components using React and integrate them with backend services.
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases using MongoDB and ensure seamless data flow and storage.
  • Integrate open-source form builder technologies to allow customizable form creation for advertisers.
  • Work closely with the product team to model data and develop algorithms for optimizing lending opportunities.
  • Develop APIs and integrate third-party APIs for various consumer lending products.
  • Build data structures and visualize them effectively on software dashboards for internal and external use.
  • Ensure high-quality software development practices, including code reviews, testing, and deployment automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS (Amazon Web Services) for application deployment, management, and scaling.
  • Expertise in front-end technologies, particularly React, for building interactive user interfaces.
  • Solid experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for data modeling and management.
  • Proficiency in using open-source form builder technologies and integrating them into platforms.
  • Strong experience in API development and integration, including RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and algorithms, with the ability to build and optimize data structures.
  • Experience in visualizing data on software dashboards and creating intuitive, user-friendly data presentations.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fintech or consumer lending industries.
  • Familiarity with soft credit pull systems and integration.
  • Experience with other front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of machine learning and data science principles.
