The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is responsible for the overall management and operation of the pharmacy in addition to compounding. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, supervises pharmacy staff, and oversees the delivery of safe and efficient compounding services. The PIC will act as the primary point of contact for all pharmacy-related matters and will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to provide optimal service.**FLEXIBLE WOEK DAYS/HOURS**


Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution, or B.Sc. in Pharmacy
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of Texas
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a sterile compounding environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • IV Certification
  • Must have knowledge of and able to comply with USP 797 and TSBP rules and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
