We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior After Effects/Motion Graphics Editor to join our dynamic team.


Position Summary:

The Senior After Effects/Motion Graphics Editor will play a pivotal role in creating compelling motion graphics and visual effects for a variety of media platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse with extensive experience in Adobe After Effects, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling through visual media. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, creative vision, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative motion graphics concepts that align with project objectives and client goals.
  • Project Management: Lead motion graphics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Animation & Editing: Create, edit, and animate high-quality motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and other relevant software.
  • Visual Storytelling: Transform creative briefs into engaging visual stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated visual outputs.
  • Quality Control: Review and refine animations to maintain high standards of visual quality and consistency.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback into the final product.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of motion graphics production.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics and visual effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, with strong skills in other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Creativity: Exceptional creative and artistic abilities, with a deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
