Duration: 6 to 12 months with extension option (Contract Role)


Summary

Our Global Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior Program Manager for Network, Cloud, End User, Data Analytics, and Integrations to move to new platforms, consolidate cloud, and consolidate circuits.


Looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to join our client. Responsible for program and project planning and execution efforts as needed across IT Infrastructure projects in collaboration with stakeholders, creating and maintaining executive-level views into Risk & Security initiatives with regular project updates, key milestones, and risks. Will be expected to work closely with diverse teams and build relationships throughout the organization.


Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Information Technology with 7 years as Project or Program Manager with Global Fortune 500 company.
  • Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences and Consumer Packaged Goods companies is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Program/Project Teams of diverse resources including internal and external partners.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, issues/escalations, and change management.
  • Program and Project Communications and Risk Management
  • Identifying and addressing project impediments including proper escalation as needed.
  • Identify and manage dependencies with other projects within the portfolio and with other portfolios that potentially affect the deliverables.
  • Work with Product/Application owners to secure and align cross-functional, cross-domain delivery teams to deliver projects.
  • Stakeholder Management including reporting to the Program Management Team.
  • Ensure accurate status reporting format, audience, and cadence of all projects.


Required Skills:

  • Experience in Information Technology with 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
  • Prior experience in Pharma/Life Sciences and Consumer Packaged Goods companies is a big plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills in all mediums and throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to prioritize among many conflicting needs, advocate a course of action, and pursue it consistently but flexible and responsive to dynamic situations.
  • Experience in Agile Methodology and High Performing Teams (HPT) is a must.
  • MS Office Tools including Excel and PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, MS Project, JIRA & and other issue management tools is a must.


Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
  • Master’s degree a big plus
  • Certified Scrum master and experience required.
  • Agile methodologies experience
  • PMP and ITIL certification a big plus
