Role Overview:

Join our team as the Global IT Director and lead our company's digital transformation In this key role, you will drive IT strategy, manage ERP systems, and ensure our infrastructure aligns with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy and Leadership:

· Develop and execute the company's global IT strategy to support overall business goals and objectives across all offices.

· Lead and inspire a small IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Define and communicate IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a secure and efficient IT control environment.

2. ERP Management:

· Oversee the implementation, and ongoing management of ERP systems.

· Ensure the ERP system are optimized to meet business needs, and provide direction for customization, integration, and enhancement projects.

· Work closely with functional teams to align system configurations with their specific requirements.

3. IT Infrastructure and Security:

· Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud resources.

· Implement and enforce security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and data protection measures to safeguard company assets.

4. Vendor and Project Management:

· Evaluate and manage IT service providers, software vendors, and technology partners.

· Oversee IT projects, including budget management, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure successful implementation.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

· Ensure IT systems and practices comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

· Identify and mitigate IT-related risks and vulnerabilities through regular assessments and audits.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control:

· Develop and manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective IT solutions that align with business needs.

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization while delivering high-quality IT services.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

· Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting on IT activities and performance.

· Regularly report to senior management on IT progress, issues, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Proven experience (5+ years) in IT leadership roles, with a focus on ERP and infrastructure.

· Strong knowledge of ERP systems, best practices, and their integration into business processes.

· Excellent project management and vendor management skills.

· Proficiency in IT infrastructure and security management.

· Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to IT.

· Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
