Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial construction, including ground-up construction, and a comprehensive understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the successful completion of electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of electrical projects from inception to completion.
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure that projects are completed in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze project performance to identify and address potential problems.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets.
  • Generate project status reports.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Utilize software such as Procore and Accubid to manage and track projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of related experience in commercial construction and/or electrical project management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant industry regulations.
  • Proficiency with software such as Procore and Accubid.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
