We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Level II Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations and leading a dynamic team of Warehouse Associates.

Location:18403, Archbald, Pennsylvania, United States

Duration: 06+ Months of contract with extension possible

(Warehouse supervisor experience, SAP Warehouse Management, Inventory Management)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations of warehouse personnel, including managing receiving, dispatching, and inventory processes. Ensure efficient execution of all warehouse activities.
  • Team Management: Assign workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and adherence to operational standards.
  • Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for customers regarding shipping and receiving inquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Transaction Monitoring: Track and verify inventory and shipment transactions to maintain accuracy and integrity of warehouse records.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure that inventory and storage areas are clean, organized, and comply with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure adherence to safety procedures when operating forklifts and other machinery. Foster a culture of safety and compliance within the warehouse.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in inventory management and warehouse software systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
