Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Chiropractic Assistant at our Ashburn, VA location. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the chiropractors with various tasks including appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and delivering an excellent patient experience.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service
- Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Will be training for the position
