Position Overview

Reporting to the Project Manager this position is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating construction projects establishing timelines and budgets. Building and managing project teams, reporting to GCs, and ensuring quality control throughout project life cycles are central to this position.


Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned projects from cradle to grave.
  • Be accountable for project and quality control results.
  • Ensure all ADG project processes are followed throughout the life cycle of every project.
  • Deliver project scope and schedules while adhering to budget and timeline.
  • Supervise Construction Team to deliver ADG processes, safety & quality control.
  • Provide project schedules to identify when each task will be performed.
  • Manage Construction Team / Subcontractor resources.
  • Communicate with Procurement Dept. to order & schedule equipment delivery.
  • Responsible for Construction crew timeclock accuracy & timely submission for payroll.
  • Communicate any issues throughout the project life cycle to Project Manager.
  • Conduct Weekly Safety meetings with Construction Crews
  • Provide weekly updates during Construction Management meetings.


Qualifications

  • Computer: MS Office Suite, Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD, QuickBooks, Bluebeam & Buildertrend
  • Project Management: Scope Development, Budgeting, Scheduling, Forecasting, Resource Planning, Time Management, Job P&L
  • Planning/Design: Conceptualization/Brainstorming, Roll-out Management, Elevations, Site Plans, Space Planning, ability to read and interpret blueprints.


Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Superintendent or Construction Management experience preferred.
  • Travel: 20-50%, day trips and some overnight trips
