The Role:

We're offering the opportunity to be trained as a Medical Device Assembler. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with their hands and is eager to learn. No prior experience is required. We offer comprehensive training where you will work alongside experienced assemblers to develop your skills and capabilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Assemble small medical device parts and components with precision, utilizing small hand tools and equipment such as microscopes. Full training will be provided.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure products meet our strict standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to execute detailed handwork.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in a technical field is a plus.
