Our client is seeking several Full-Stack Software Developers to support their clients in the Philadelphia, PA, area. This position requires 3 days of onsite work and offers 2 days of remote work.


Skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in multiple and diverse environments and applications. Knowledge and experience in all major functions, issues and considerations of the subject matter.
  • Resource has played a leadership role in establishing standards, policies strategy and best practices.
  • Ability to discuss industry and marketplace trends and directions and site relevant case studies.
  • Capable of managing a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects/project teams



Additional Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of IT experience. with hands on experience with the following technologies:
  • Proven experience working with AWS Connect and implementing IVA/IVR solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture, including Lambda, S3, EC2, CloudFormation and CloudWatch.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Angular, JavaScript, or Java for customization and automation.
  • Experience with call center technologies, telephony infrastructure, and CRM systems will be a plus.
  • Solid understanding of networking, security, and data privacy principles in cloud environments.
  • Experience in designing and implementing chat solutions using AWS services like Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Amazon CloudWatch for tracking and analyzing AWS Connect performance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in AWS Connect and IVA/IVR systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.
