Job Title: SAP S4HANA Programme Manager


About the Role: We are seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to lead the build-out and rollout of our recently launched SAP S4HANA pilot project. This is a critical 12-month position with potential for extension, as the overall rollout is expected to span 3+ years across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the programme-level build-out of the SAP S4HANA template
  • Oversee smaller bolt-on projects within the programme
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive governance strategy with the PMO
  • Manage programme budgets, financials, and draw-downs
  • Lead the rollout of the S4HANA programme to different global regions
  • Create and deliver project plans at both project and programme levels
  • Develop and manage roadmaps, milestones, and key phases including Design, Realisation, Testing, Data, and Cutover/Hypercare
  • Drive the project hands-on, outlining and managing resource requirements for each phase
  • Manage parallel projects with varied deliverables



Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of SAP Programme and PMO Management experience
  • Proven track record in programme management of large global SAP rollouts across the full suite
  • Extensive PMO experience, including programme governance, budget/financial management, strategy development, and reporting
  • Experience with template deployment into greenfield sites globally
  • Strong background in manufacturing environments
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • S4HANA experience highly preferred
