HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

As the Manager of the Sleep Centers for the south territory of Advocate Sleep Centers, you will be planning, managing, implementing, and evaluating the operations/services to ensure quality care, efficiency and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and administration of budgets to ensure adequate personnel, facilities, and supplies.
  • Responsible for the selection, development, motivation, and evaluation of staff.
  • Maintenance of effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Responsible for personal and professional growth and development.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related or business field –

Certification/License:

  • RPSGT credential

Required Management Experience:

  • 5-10 years previous Sleep Center Management experience
